About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for distributors in specialized channels and county towns
- Conduct business analysis and reviews for selected distributors
- Ensure market coverage in key outlets including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Wholesale channels
- Train distributors and their teams on company policies and product knowledge
- Maintain store presence and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory
- Manage product image and ensure standardized, high-quality displays
- Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong professional relationships
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
- Strong knowledge of the local market and experience with wholesale/bulk channels
- Proven execution skills and strong communication/coordination abilities
- High resilience and the ability to perform under pressure
- Associate degree or higher preferred
