About the role

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for distributors in specialized channels and county towns
  • Conduct business analysis and reviews for selected distributors
  • Ensure market coverage in key outlets including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Wholesale channels
  • Train distributors and their teams on company policies and product knowledge
  • Maintain store presence and achieve sales goals within the assigned territory
  • Manage product image and ensure standardized, high-quality displays
  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain strong professional relationships

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
  • Strong knowledge of the local market and experience with wholesale/bulk channels
  • Proven execution skills and strong communication/coordination abilities
  • High resilience and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Associate degree or higher preferred
