About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage customers in the Wholesale (C&C) channel across the CE, PI, and MA regions
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities and seasonal calendars
  • Ensure maximum visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques
  • Manage stock levels, sell-out, and order entry adherence
  • Track trade actions, including point-of-sale materials and extra displays
  • Monitor price adherence and bundle actions in alignment with RGM strategy
  • Conduct meetings and alignment sessions with the Merchandising team
  • Manage MSL, MC1, and contracts via Kantar/MC1
  • Maintain a field presence with approximately 60% time in route and 40% internal

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG/CPG sector
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track KPIs such as market share and sell-out
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with market tools such as Scanntech
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for frequent travel to visit customers in Ceará (CE), Piauí (PI), and Maranhão (MA)
  • Resilience, sense of urgency, and a results-oriented mindset
