Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative (Venditore/Venditrice):
- Develop a customer portfolio through direct field contact to increase HoReCa revenue
- Activate appropriate sales channels and propose METRO products and services
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and plan visits
- Analyze and listen to customer needs to provide high-level consultancy
As a Promoter In Store:
- Monitor the customer lifecycle through professional one-to-one relationships to build loyalty
- Promote the METRO brand through proactive and consultative sales activities
- Interact with store colleagues to expand the HoReCa customer base
- Welcome and develop new customers by presenting all available services and channels
- Use commercial tools to recover declining customers
Requirements
- Experience in the HoReCa sector
- Strong customer focus and market sensitivity
- Goal and results orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain flexibility
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid Category B driver's license
