Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance coverage
• Educate clients on life, health, accident, and group benefits products
• Customize and present tailored insurance solutions and proposals
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards

Requirements

• Minimum of two years in sales or a client-facing role
• Proven track record of success in business development
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to use CRM systems
• Age 25 or above
• Lebanese Baccalaureate
• Possession of a car is mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
