About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities for surgical products to healthcare professionals and distributors
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support during surgical procedures
- Develop and implement sales strategies within the assigned Niigata, Gunma, or Fukushima territory
- Organize and conduct regional events, including meetings, study groups, and seminars
- Perform market analysis on competitors and report findings to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of sales experience, specifically in client negotiation and goal achievement
- Strong understanding of sales strategy formulation and execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license (with no administrative penalties within the last year)
