About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, and grow a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
  • Coach and mentor DSRs to meet performance standards and drive growth
  • Monitor and evaluate individual DSR performance regularly
  • Develop local networks and relationships with community members and businesses to open new sales opportunities
  • Manage DSR inventory to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Submit weekly activity plans and reports to the Regional Manager

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales (retail, fibre, insurance, or similar field-based environments)
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team of agents or representatives
  • Ability to build local networks and develop sales opportunities from the ground up
  • Strong skills in team coaching, inventory management, and performance monitoring
  • Ability to operate independently in the field and consistently hit targets
