About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and grow a team of Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs)
- Coach and mentor DSRs to meet performance standards and drive growth
- Monitor and evaluate individual DSR performance regularly
- Develop local networks and relationships with community members and businesses to open new sales opportunities
- Manage DSR inventory to ensure operational effectiveness
- Submit weekly activity plans and reports to the Regional Manager
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales (retail, fibre, insurance, or similar field-based environments)
- Experience managing or mentoring a team of agents or representatives
- Ability to build local networks and develop sales opportunities from the ground up
- Strong skills in team coaching, inventory management, and performance monitoring
- Ability to operate independently in the field and consistently hit targets
