Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as a NA Sport AFA ambassador, promoting brand value and ensuring long-term brand integrity
• Manage and grow the existing customer base while proactively prospecting for new business opportunities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including average unit price and distribution goals
• Ensure brand visual merchandising and distribution quality standards are met through regular refreshes
• Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, opticians, and office managers
• Conduct regular staff training sessions to reinforce product knowledge and brand messaging
• Develop and adhere to an effective call plan to ensure consistent service frequency across the territory
• Stay current on industry trends, including fashion, lifestyle, and competition, to inform customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of results
• Ability to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop professional relationships
• Background in visual merchandising
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time, including overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
