About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a pipeline of warm inbound leads, guiding customers from initial outreach through to funding
  • Conduct discovery calls with business owners to understand their operations, funding goals, and ROI expectations
  • Present and position funding offers clearly, highlighting benefits and addressing objections or comparisons
  • Communicate proactively across phone, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to build rapport and close deals efficiently
  • Collaborate with Partnerships, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure a frictionless customer journey
  • Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets with clear KPIs across the funnel

Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English; competency in Swedish is an advantage
  • Strong interest in starting or building a career in sales
  • Great communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners
  • Ability to ask the right questions to understand customer needs
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple leads
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn from feedback
  • Comfort using basic digital tools; experience with CRM software like Salesforce is a bonus
