About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities for assigned leisure accounts in the NYC market to achieve profitability and sales targets.
- Establish, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts to act as a trusted advisor.
- Analyze market potential, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify new sales opportunities and increase market share.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements and contractual documents in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Lead and initiate strategies for developing new territories and act as a primary point of contact for GSAs.
- Coach and mentor new Sales Representatives by establishing training plans and supporting client visits.
- Collaborate with regional and HQ stakeholders to communicate new products, services, and promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Proven commercial and analytical work experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching/mentoring ability.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and present information to diverse audiences.
- Valid driver's license.
