Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, client visits, networking, and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients to convert them into new accounts
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations on beauty products and services
• Provide weekly reports on market visits and sales performance to management
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining current sales records to achieve monthly targets
• Conduct after-sales training sessions for clients to ensure product knowledge and repeat orders
• Gather and share customer feedback with the direct manager to improve results

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in both Training and Sales
• Hands-on experience in eyelash extensions, nail extensions, and Mani-Pedi treatments to conduct product demonstrations
• Technical certification or a bachelor's degree
• Must have a personal car suitable for constant market visits (fuel provided)
• Moderate knowledge of computer applications
