Sales Representative Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential customers and business opportunities
• Support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads
• Maintain and update prospect databases and CRM records
• Communicate with potential customers through calls, emails, and messaging platforms
• Introduce iSchool programs and answer basic customer inquiries
• Schedule consultations and follow-up meetings for the sales team
• Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, volunteer, or sales/customer service experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems
