About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct regular store visits
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop new accounts
- Ensure proper product display and shelf positioning
- Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
- Take and process customer orders
- Follow up on payment collections

- Experience in sales within the FMCG and Beverage industry
