Sales Representative - Infectious Diseases Emerging Markets (North GMA)

Responsibilities

• Manage the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics product portfolio and achieve sales targets within the designated territory.
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers by assessing their needs and purchasing preferences.
• Execute plans to meet established sales goals and objectives while maintaining the territory budget.
• Conduct planned customer visits to deliver sales presentations, provide product information, and close sales.
• Provide industry and product knowledge to customers using solution sales techniques to customize product offerings.
• Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends to advise management on improving company competitiveness.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new sales strategies and tools for new market opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Science, or an equivalent field.
• Proven excellence in both written and oral communication in Filipino and English.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• Willingness to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-minded attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Ability to work aggressively toward stretch targets.
