About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth within the Industrial Wood territory by meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Expand gallon growth and opportunity account sales through strategic territory planning
- Develop and execute a market plan for assigned accounts and prospects
- Conduct product demonstrations, competitive comparisons, and customer presentations
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions using product and technical information
- Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues to support service excellence
- Coordinate with store and facility teams to ensure commitments can be met
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience
- Spanish fluency
- Ability to travel at least 50%
- Authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the wood adhesives market
- Ability to identify industrial wood coating technologies
