Sales Representative II

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive profitable growth
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio within the Romanian market
• Promote existing and new product lines to maximize sales and market share
• Prepare and implement strategic business plans for target markets and customers
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategy
• Develop pricing proposals and support strategies to maximize profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial customer solutions
• Attend customer visits, industry events, and trade exhibitions
• Provide technical support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• Previous experience in Sales or Account Management
• Proven experience in the paint, coatings, or chemical industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in Romanian and good working proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel extensively within Romania (approximately 75%)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
