Sales Representative I

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic’s diabetes products and therapies within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors, endocrinologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Pursue leads and assess customer needs to provide tailored diabetes product solutions
• Deliver product education and clinical support to healthcare professionals to ensure effective use of therapies
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity within the diabetes space
• Implement market development strategies and communicate customer feedback to internal R&D, Operations, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Fluency in English (minimum B1 level)
• Active healthcare professional license (e.g., Nursing or Nutrition) with the ability to practice in a clinical capacity
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences
• Experience working with Diabetes medical devices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Experience in territory or account planning
