Sales Representative Homecare Oxygen, Sleep & Ventilation Therapy

Responsibilities

• Manage new customer acquisition and existing customer care within the Ruhr region for homecare oxygen, sleep, and ventilation therapy.
• Analyze sales territory potential and implement targeted measures for customer acquisition and retention.
• Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders by providing expert advice and customer-oriented solutions.
• Generate value through personal exchange, product training, and individual consulting.
• Serve as a key interface to clinics to ensure smooth transitions during discharge management.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales support team on administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Completed medical or nursing training (specialization in intensive care or respiratory therapy is an advantage).
• Previous experience in sales is preferred, with a strong willingness to develop in this field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact sensitively and persuasively with diverse audiences.
• High digital literacy and an interest in new technologies and digital trends.
• A flexible, positive attitude toward change and new situations.
• A team-oriented and integrative approach to working with colleagues and customers.
