Sales Representative Homecare Oxygen, Sleep & Ventilation Therapy

Responsibilities

• Manage new customer acquisition and existing customer care within the homecare oxygen, sleep, and ventilation therapy sectors in Southern Germany.
• Analyze regional sales potential and implement targeted measures for customer acquisition and retention.
• Act as a trusted partner for stakeholders by providing expert advice, product training, and customer-oriented solutions.
• Serve as a key interface for clinics to ensure smooth transitions during discharge management.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales support team on administrative tasks and cross-departmental coordination.

Requirements

• Medical, technical, commercial, or comparable professional training.
• Proven sales experience, ideally within the field of ventilation therapy.
• Experience in home-care therapies (intensive care training is a significant advantage).
• Strong, sensitive, and situational communication skills.
• A proactive, hands-on mentality with a positive attitude toward change and digital trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and build integrative professional relationships.
