About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home sales consultations for home improvement products
- Travel to local customer appointments using a personal vehicle
- Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales
- Follow up on pre-set, pre-qualified leads provided by Sears
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and required auto insurance
- Personal vehicle and ability to travel locally
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs
- Availability for a 5-day work week, including Saturdays and weekends
- Strong listening, influencing, and communication skills
