About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home outside sales consultations for home improvement products
- Visit pre-set, pre-qualified customer appointments in the local market area
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Use design software and company-provided tools to support the sales process
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and required auto insurance
- Personal vehicle for local travel
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs
- Availability for a 5-day work week, including Saturdays
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend flexibility
- Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills
