Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Own and actively manage a designated sales territory, conducting regular, high-quality sales presentations with designers and clients
• Serve as an expert resource for designers regarding product assortments, pricing, lead times, and specifications for residential and commercial projects
• Drive individual sales performance and territory growth in partnership with the Showroom General Manager
• Develop and deliver curated, strategic sales presentations tailored to specific client needs and project scopes
• Proactively identify and deepen relationships with design professionals through new business development and long-term stewardship
• Maintain and elevate client libraries within the territory to ensure consistent exposure to current products and samples
• Manage and track leads, projects, and the sales pipeline with high accuracy
• Provide regular reporting on call activity, pipeline health, and market insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of progressive sales experience
• Demonstrated success selling into both residential and commercial markets
• Exceptional relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
• Highly organized and able to manage complex territories and multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in luxury furniture, textiles, or a design-driven environment
