About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify new market opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
- Follow up and develop existing customer relationships
- Handle daily customer dialogue and customer service
- Manage orders, pricing, contracts, and deliveries
- Coordinate between customers, sales, production, logistics, and sales offices
- Support the sales team with planning and follow-up in sales systems
- Monitor inventory status to ensure smooth order processes
- Participate in trade fairs, customer meetings, and sales activities as needed
Requirements
- Relevant education in sales, marketing, international trade, economics, logistics, or export
- Experience in sales, customer service, logistics, export, or order processing is preferred
- Strong system understanding and structured work methods
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English (written and oral)
- Interest in commercial processes and international sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience from the seafood industry
- Experience with export or international trade
