Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dedicated customer portfolio through regular visits, value-driven proposals, and strategic prospecting.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and execute action plans to optimize territory potential.
- Handle quotes, tenders, and complex negotiations regarding pricing, volumes, and services.
- Gather market intelligence on trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to provide consultative building solutions to customers.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Technical Support to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.
- Manage financial integrity by assessing customer creditworthiness and managing receivables.
- Maintain meticulous records in CRM systems ensuring compliance with GDPR and billing requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Proficiency in English and comfort working in a multinational business environment.
- Experience using ERP and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
