Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver sell-in, sell-out, and visibility targets within the assigned managed area.
• Drive in-store execution of initiatives to maximize product availability and visibility, including category management layouts and distribution.
• Utilize tech tools such as CRM and Trax to enhance productivity and field efficiency.
• Manage timely and coordinated customer orders based on accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate the effective placement of promotional materials in-store through interaction with customer marketing teams.
• Provide market insights regarding trends and the competitive landscape to line management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in Route to Market (RTM) and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs.

Requirements

• University Degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration.
• Native Greek language skills and fluency in English.
• 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales.
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for customer/consumer needs.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
