About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales plans by managing assigned credit and cash client portfolios.
- Develop new prospects with a specific focus on capturing and serving independent pharmacies.
- Create and follow a work plan to optimize client visit days and meet sales targets.
- Manage administrative collection tasks, including delivering payment receipts and invoices to keep client accounts current.
- Meet established indicators for visits, sales volume, and collections to maximize profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura).
- 1 year of experience in customer service within consumer markets.
- 6 months of experience in sales and commercialization at points of sale.
- 6 months of experience in collections.
- Knowledge of sales planning, sales techniques, and geographic area management.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
