About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and provide support for the Foodservice business in the Mid-Atlantic through Northeast regions
  • Nurture existing business relationships with current customers and distribution partners
  • Identify and penetrate new accounts within the Foodservice Segment
  • Manage new product placements and promotional activities
  • Work closely with key distributors to maximize distribution capabilities
  • Conduct customer ride-withs and provide training to distributor reps and broker networks
  • Participate in regional and national food shows
  • Research competitive products and maintain expert product knowledge

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field preferred
  • Strong sales and business development acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Willingness to travel moderately to significantly

  • Foodservice industry experience
