Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Maximize existing business and develop new accounts within the Specialty Retail segments
• Introduce customers to new products and marketing campaigns
• Conduct ongoing business planning reviews and secure quarterly Distributor sales reports
• Work closely with key distributors to maximize distribution capabilities and manage costs
• Coordinate with Distributor reps and Broker networks, providing training and customer ride-alongs
• Present new items to the customer base and manage territory sample spend
• Participate in regional and national food shows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Existing relationships within the specialty food sales field in the target region
• Proven track record of identifying, cultivating, and closing deals
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Ability to travel significantly (80%+), including international travel
