Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet children and families in a fun, welcoming, and energetic manner
• Engage customers by introducing candy products and offering samples
• Maintain attractive product displays designed to appeal to children
• Monitor product freshness, stock levels, and store cleanliness
• Promote special offers, seasonal products, and birthday packages
• Provide ingredient information to parents regarding dietary concerns
• Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Assist with party orders and event preparations

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher
• 1-2 years of proven retail sales experience (F&B, candy, or toy stores preferred)
• Proven ability to attract customers, recommend products, and close sales
• Friendly personality with the ability to engage both children and adults
• Strong upselling and cross-selling skills
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
