Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide personalized service to meet their beauty needs.
• Educate customers on the benefits, ingredients, and proper use of natural soaps and skincare products.
• Recommend specific products based on individual skin types, preferences, and concerns.
• Promote new product launches, gift sets, and seasonal offers to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail display.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Provide follow-up service and after-sales care to build customer loyalty.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Minimum 1-2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or skincare retail.
• Proven ability to approach customers, identify needs, and confidently close sales.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to explain product benefits effectively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Presentable appearance with a genuine passion for beauty and self-care.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
