About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve Etihad's sales targets and profitability objectives in the Delhi region
- Analyze market potential and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and increase market share
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor
- Communicate new products, services, and promotions to customers to drive revenue growth
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in compliance with corporate guidelines and policies
- Coordinate and draft contractual agreements to ensure customer requirements are effectively captured
- Maintain accurate customer data within the company's CRM tool
- Collaborate with global sales enablement teams to implement effective promotion techniques
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of relevant experience in sales
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders from various departments
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
