Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve Etihad's profitability and revenue targets
• Establish and maintain long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing accounts
• Research and analyze competitor, market, and industry information to define best-selling approaches
• Communicate new products, services, and promotions to clients to increase market share
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in compliance with corporate guidelines
• Act as a coach and mentor for new Sales Representatives within the region
• Manage and update customer data within the CRM tool
• Coordinate with global sales enablement and regional stakeholders to drive commercial projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 4 years of relevant experience in sales
• Proven commercial and analytical work experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with regional and HQ leadership
• Ability to represent the company in client meetings and external events
