Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of national sales programs to ensure revenue targets are met according to company policies.
• Manage and coordinate intermediary activities to ensure achievement of agreed targets and compliance with terms and conditions.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue and meet Etihad's objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third parties, including travel agencies, corporate customers, and governmental authorities.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and counsel sales representatives to improve market positioning.
• Liaise with local governmental authorities to ensure compliance with all local regulations and policies.
• Engage with partners to conduct joint negotiations and exploit new commercial channels.
• Develop and manage local sales channel strategies to maximize company reach.
• Review and approve sales incentive calculations for the assigned area.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 3 years of relevant work experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a managerial level.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
