About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve revenue targets and profitability objectives in the Mumbai region.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing accounts using modern nurturing techniques.
- Research and analyze competitor, market, and industry information to define best-selling approaches and increase market share.
- Communicate new products, services, and promotions to clients to ensure timely value proposals.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Act as a coach and mentor for new Sales Representatives, supporting their training and integration.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across regional and HQ departments.
- Maintain accurate customer data within the Etihad CRM tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Proven commercial and analytical work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to represent the company in client meetings and external events.
- Ability to prioritize strategic projects and present information effectively to diverse audiences.
