Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Execute sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve Etihad's profitability and revenue targets.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing accounts using modern nurturing techniques.
• Research and analyze competitor, market, and industry information to define effective selling approaches and increase market share.
• Communicate new products, services, and promotions to clients to ensure timely value proposals.
• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in compliance with corporate guidelines and policies.
• Act as a coach and mentor for new Sales Representatives within the region, supporting their training and integration.
• Manage and maintain accurate customer data within the company's CRM tool.
• Represent Etihad at client meetings and external industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years of relevant experience in sales.
• Proven commercial and analytical work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor team members.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with regional and HQ departments.
• Ability to collect, sort, and present complex information to diverse audiences.
