About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve Etihad's sales targets and profitability objectives in Jeddah.
- Analyze market potential and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities and increase market share.
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in compliance with corporate guidelines and policies.
- Communicate new products, services, and promotions to customers to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate and draft contractual agreements to ensure customer requirements are effectively captured.
- Maintain accurate customer data within the Etihad CRM tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management across various departments.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to combine sales acumen with customer service excellence and industry knowledge.
