About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities for assigned accounts in Belgium and Luxembourg to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Define and implement sales activity plans using data and insights provided by Sales Strategy and Planning.
- Analyze market potential to identify new sales opportunities and convert prospective customers into revenue.
- Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with major accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Research and analyze competitor and industry trends to define effective selling approaches.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in compliance with corporate guidelines and policies.
- Coordinate with global sales enablement to determine the best promotional techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the company CRM tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of professional experience in sales.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management across various departments.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Ability to combine sales expertise with customer service excellence and industry knowledge.
