About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve Etihad's sales targets and profitability objectives in the Guangzhou region.
  • Build long-lasting business relationships with major accounts by acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Communicate regularly with accounts regarding new products, services, and promotions.
  • Research and analyze competitor, market, and industry information to increase market share and visibility.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Coordinate and draft contractual agreements to ensure customer requirements are effectively captured.
  • Maintain accurate customer data within the Etihad CRM tool.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management across various departments.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills.
  • Deep industry knowledge and sales acumen.
  • Excellence in customer service and the ability to represent a premium airline brand.
