About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve Etihad's sales targets and profitability objectives in the Guangzhou region.
- Build long-lasting business relationships with major accounts by acting as a trusted advisor.
- Communicate regularly with accounts regarding new products, services, and promotions.
- Research and analyze competitor, market, and industry information to increase market share and visibility.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate and draft contractual agreements to ensure customer requirements are effectively captured.
- Maintain accurate customer data within the Etihad CRM tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management across various departments.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Deep industry knowledge and sales acumen.
- Excellence in customer service and the ability to represent a premium airline brand.
