Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of national sales programs to ensure revenue targets are met according to regulations and policies
• Manage and coordinate intermediary activities to ensure achievement of agreed targets and respect of terms and conditions
• Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives
• Manage the overall direction and coordination of the team to achieve agreed sales targets
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with third parties, including travel agencies, corporate customers, and governmental authorities
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and counsel district sales representatives to ensure market positioning is improved and compliant with commercial strategy
• Liaise with local governmental authorities to ensure compliance with all local regulations and policies
• Engage with Etihad partners to conduct joint negotiations with clients or intermediaries to optimize visibility and exploit new commercial channels
• Review sales incentive calculations and approve payouts for the assigned area of responsibility

Requirements

• High School diploma with 3 years of relevant work experience OR a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a managerial level
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
