About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve profitability and sales targets.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing accounts.
- Research and analyze competitor, market, and industry information to increase market share.
- Communicate new products, services, and promotions to clients to ensure updated value proposals.
- Negotiate and manage commercial agreements in compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Act as a coach and mentor for new Sales Representatives within the region.
- Manage and interact with various regional and HQ stakeholders to drive commercial projects.
- Maintain accurate customer data within the company CRM tool.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Proven commercial and analytical work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across various departments.
- Ability to represent the company in client meetings and external events.
