Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including average unit price and distribution goals for brand collections.
• Execute brand strategies through regular customer visits, maintaining a rotation of 4-12 weeks.
• Manage visual merchandising by refreshing POP materials and board space to support product sell-through.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers at all levels within their businesses.
• Conduct regular customer trainings to reinforce brand knowledge and ensure consistent messaging.
• Prospect for new market opportunities while cultivating the existing customer base.
• Develop and execute business plans, including trunk shows and consumer events, to drive sales growth.
• Log all visits and submit required performance metrics to leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of results.
• Ability to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in visual merchandising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%, including overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS degree.
