About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including average unit price and distribution goals for brand collections.
- Execute brand strategies through regular customer visits, maintaining a rotation of 4-12 weeks.
- Manage visual merchandising by refreshing POP materials and board space to support product sell-through.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers at all levels within their businesses.
- Conduct regular customer trainings to reinforce brand knowledge and ensure consistent messaging.
- Prospect for new market opportunities while cultivating the existing customer base.
- Develop and execute business plans, including trunk shows and consumer events, to drive sales growth.
- Log all visits and submit required performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- 2+ years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of results.
- Ability to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 lbs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%, including overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree.
