About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain good customer relationships in the project and business markets
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to increased sales
  • Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and follow up on agreements from start to finish
  • Collaborate closely with the technical department to find optimal solutions for customers
  • Participate in trade fairs, customer meetings, and other relevant industry events
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

Requirements

  • Experience in active sales to the business market, within electrical, automation, or related fields
  • Good technical understanding
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey solutions to different customer groups
  • Structured and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English (oral and written)
