Responsibilities

• Drive sales through proactive outbound outreach, lead nurturing, and consistent follow-ups
• Host and support evening dance classes Monday–Friday, closing sales during and after classes
• Engage in social media mining to invite followers and online leads to attend programs
• Track, analyze, and optimize sales performance and pipeline activity daily
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts and client experience processes

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales
• Ability to confidently close sales and ask for the sale
• High-energy, warm, and community-driven personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Availability for evening hours and peak sales moments
• Detail-oriented with discipline regarding numbers and tracking
