Responsibilities

• Perform data-driven proactive advisory by contacting customers identified by purchase patterns and behavior
• Execute meaningful upselling and cross-selling based on customer business needs
• Provide expert advice on hosting and IT solutions to ensure customer value
• Use a database of 65,000 customers to identify natural next steps for their business
