About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform regular store visits to grocery stores, retailers, and specialized banners
- Maintain strong relationships with managers, buyers, and in-store teams
- Ensure proper product presentation, promotions, and signage compliance
- Document stocks, merchandising, customer feedback, and observed issues
- Identify non-compliant products and coordinate with the quality department
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends
- Identify new development and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, quality, and R&D teams
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and autonomy
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency with digital tools and written reporting
- Fluency in French and English
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in field sales and representation
- Knowledge of the food or agri-food sector
