Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through closing the sale
• Communicate the company's value proposition and product vision to potential customers
• Source new sales opportunities and maintain an active database of prospects
• Develop and execute marketing plans to establish new customer relationships
• Network and perform outreach to realtors to expand business reach
• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions, including loans, options, and construction details
• Build and maintain strong rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members
• Meet sales goals and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 2 years of related experience
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to use mobile sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and navigate unlevel terrain at construction sites
• Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or the home building industry
• Experience using CRM software
• Relevant state licensing requirements met
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
