Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales process from initial contact through closing the sale
• Communicate the company's value proposition and product vision to potential customers
• Source new sales opportunities and maintain an active database of prospects
• Help customers find and design their dream homes by understanding their specific goals
• Network and perform outreach to realtors to establish new customer relationships
• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions, including loans, options, and construction details
• Develop and execute marketing plans to establish new customer relationships
• Attend sales meetings and collaborate effectively with team members to meet sales goals

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 2 years of related experience
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to use mobile sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
• Ability to stand, walk, and navigate unlevel terrain for extended periods
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or within the homebuilding industry
• Experience using CRM software
• Relevant state licensing requirements met
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
