Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Communicate D.R. Horton’s value proposition and product vision to potential customers
• Uncover customer goals and challenges to establish the company as the best solution
• Overcome objections and close sales to meet established goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction
• Continually source new sales opportunities and expand the prospect database
• Create and execute marketing plans to establish new customer relationships
• Network and perform outreach to realtors to build rapport
• Manage time efficiently and work effectively with team members

Requirements

• Associate Degree or 2 years of related experience
• Active real estate license
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Ability to use mobile sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various weather conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior CRM software experience
• Previous sales experience and industry knowledge
• Strong motivation and excellence in interpersonal communication
