About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within assigned geographic areas to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors
- Pursue leads, assess customer needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits
- Establish and promote education regarding the company's products and services
- Conduct market research on customers and competitor activities
- Implement market development plans and strategies
- Communicate customer feedback on new or existing products to internal R&D, Operations, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the surgical sector
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel extensively across the provinces of Siena, Grosseto, and Arezzo
- Proactive, well-organized, and objective-oriented mindset
- Ability to interact effectively with both healthcare professionals and administrative stakeholders
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and within a highly motivated team
