About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell custom glass and mirror products to B2C clients
- Develop and grow B2B accounts including glass companies, furniture manufacturers, and interior designers
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate new business
- Lead client interactions in the Brooklyn showroom
- Work established customer database to drive sales
- Prepare quotes, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals
- Build deep product knowledge regarding glass types, thicknesses, and fabrication capabilities
- Track all client interactions in HubSpot CRM
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proven sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Strong interest in sales and earning growth
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Experience in glass, construction, furniture, or interior design is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
