Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships to maximize profitable share and volume
• Manage all accounts in the assigned Alberta NW territory to establish Cronos as a first-choice partner
• Execute marketing initiatives, brand activations, and regional trade shows to drive consumer loyalty
• Lead brand education sessions with key stakeholders and create community engagement within the territory
• Maintain CRM database with daily customer and prospect interactions to align with business goals
• Achieve KPI targets regarding in-store condition, distribution, product placement, and compliance
• Participate in weekly sales team calls to present on KPI progress, competitive activity, and regional insights

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in cannabis, beverage alcohol, tobacco, or a similar industry
• Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively as a team player
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities proactively
